Title: Project Manager, Executive Operations (Assistant to Chief of Staff)

We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Project Manager, Executive Operations to partner closely with the Chief of Staff and support key leadership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in cross-functional project management, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can produce polished executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operating cadence for executive and leadership forums (agendas, timelines, action tracking).
- Lead project management support across cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate standing operational work and ad hoc leadership projects.
- Prepare and build a weekly 4-hour executive presentation.
- Collect and organize pre-read materials, timelines, dashboards, and meeting documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive records.
- Partner across internal teams (Commercial, R&D, BD, etc.) to drive execution.
- Provide light administrative support to the Chief of Staff (calendar, scheduling, travel/expenses).
- Support leadership and board meeting logistics.
- Assist with select company events throughout the year.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA strongly preferred.. Bachelor's Required.
- Experience: 5+ years in roles such as:
- Project Manager / Program Manager
- Project Analyst
- Executive Assistant
- Administrative Assistant
- Office Manager / Office Management
- Business Operations or Executive Operations
- Roles with project ownership in regulated industries
- Industry: Experience in a public, highly regulated environment (biotech, pharma, medical device, diagnostics, healthcare).
